Harrow faces a wave of September road closures, from a two-day shutdown on Station Road by North Harrow Tube to a near three-month closure of Meredith Close for Thames Water works. Sylvia Avenue closes from Sept 13. Marsh Road in Pinner reopens Sept 5; Southfield Park is already back open. Some utility closures could run into January 2026.
